We are sorry if we offended you, it was never our intention to deface the mural. We were faced with the challenge to "do something" with the alley and that wall in particular and we did not want to paint it over gray. Our hope was that we would encourage people to think about public space and engage in their community in positive ways. Our sole goal is to inspire people to take ownership of their environment and create healthy places for people to be.
